I apply knowledge from all my previous study fields to get the best out of your brain capacity, ranging from Language, Education, and Literature to Psychology, Psycholinguistics and neurolinguistics.
Our
Lessons
I develop lessons based on themes that pique the students' interest and quenchs their curiosity. It can provide some good input for that bar chat as well, why not?
I also customize the lessons according to the students' demands and job or study fields, besides tailoring materials specially for them!
Mission
As a student of English as a foreign language, I always had fun while learning. That is why we aim to have a fun, interesting learning experience here. Listening to music, watching films, talking to strangers in the countries I visited, helping tourists to get by in my homewtown... Learning a language is a cultural eye-widening, heart-opening experience.
Teacher
I have 7 years of experience teaching teenagers and adults, in different settings (on and offline).
I hold a bachelor's degree in Language Arts, a Teaching degree in Portuguese and English, and a Master's Degree in Generative Linguistics, emphasis on Psycholinguistics. Those were obtained at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, UFRJ, the second best Languages University in Brazil and the best of the country in Professor's quality (2014 datafolha rank.)
